Racer X Fabrication Short Throw Shifter for the GR Corolla 2023+

The Racer X Fabrication short throw shifter for the 2023+ GR Corolla will reduce shifter throw and increase shifting speed. The short throw shifter decreases shifter movement by 40% — this was found to be the optimum reduction at the bell crank and a good trade-off between an overly notchy shifter feel and shifter throw. CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, it mounts directly under the OEM bell crank and utilizes the shifter cable post to increase stability and eliminate slipping. The completed component is anodized black to provide corrosion resistance and laser etched with the Racer X logo.

NOTE: Short-throw shifters come with a trade-off — the reduction in shifter movement increases the shifting force. This can lead to a shifter that feels mechanical or notchy. Solid shifter bushings will amplify this effect. We recommend the Racer X spherical bearing shifter bushings, as they allow for some cable head articulation.
